Groups that pay the fee after December 1st are paying for the upcoming calendar year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h2><strong>Q2: <\/strong>When will I receive my Zoom link, Zoom ID number, and password?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We try our best to send you your Zoom information two weeks after you have put your request in and the office has received your payment.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Q3:\u00a0<\/strong>When our meeting joins the Shared Zoom Account is the Zoom information automatically updated on the website meeting list?<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No. The group must request a change to their meeting listing when the group is ready to make this change. Do this by clicking on your meeting on the website meeting list, scrolling to the bottom of the page, and clicking \u201crequest a change to this meeting\u201d.\u00a0 Please make sure to include all three zoom information items (ID, PW, and Link) no need to include the dial-in number.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 20px\">Q4:\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px\"><b>Does it matter that the dial-in # on the website is different from the dial-in # we received with our shared zoom account information?<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 14px\">No. Any Zoom dial-in number works so it doesn\u2019t matter if the dial-in# is different.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px\"><b>Q5:\u00a0Is the shared Zoom account reliable?\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">Yes, the weekly MA meetings on our Shared Zoom Account have been very reliable.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px\"><b><br \/><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-style: normal;font-size: 20px;font-weight: 600\">Q6:\u00a0<\/span>How do I attend this Zoom meeting?<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 14px\">The simplest way is to sign into the meeting by clicking your meeting on the MA website and then clicking the join by Zoom button.\u00a0 You can also click on the link or enter the Zoom ID and Password.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-style: normal\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;font-weight: 600\">Q7:\u00a0<\/span>How do I claim the host key in the meeting?<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 14px\">First, join the Zoom meeting as stated above. Next, click on the participants icon at the bottom of your Zoom window. Then, click on Claim Host at the bottom right-hand corner of the participants list.\u00a0 It will ask you for your 6-digit host key.\u00a0 Enter that and hit okay.\u00a0 Be aware that If the host leaves the meeting without making someone else the host, the meeting will end for everyone.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><span style=\"font-weight: 600;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 20px\">Q8: <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 20px\"><b>Can the host make someone else the host or a co-host?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 14px\">Yes, click on the participants icon at the bottom of your Zoom window. Next, look for the name of the participant who you would like to be co-host. Hover your cursor over the participant\u2019s name. After, click the ellipsis icon (&#8230;).\u00a0 When you click this icon, there are a number of actions that the host can do including making the participant the host or co-host.\u00a0 Only the host and co-hosts can share their screens, mute or rename another participant, or remove someone from the meeting if they are disruptive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;font-weight: bold\">Q9:\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px\"><b>Should everyone in the group have the host key code?<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It is suggested that the host key is only shared with the members who will serve as hosts for the meeting. If someone is hosting the meeting and does not have the host key, someone with the host key can make them the host or co-host once the meeting has started.\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;font-weight: bold\"><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-style: normal;font-size: 20px;font-weight: 600\">Q10:\u00a0<\/span>I tried to log into my Zoom meeting but it put me in a waiting room.\u00a0 Why is that?<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 14px\">You were likely put into the waiting room because you signed into the meeting before your allotted day\/time.\u00a0 You can only join your meeting when it is less than 15 minutes before the scheduled meeting time.\u00a0 Your meeting must end within 2.5 hours of the start time- this is so it will not interfere with the next scheduled meeting.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-style: normal\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;font-weight: 600\">Q11:\u00a0<\/span>How early can I log into my Zoom meeting?<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 14px\">You can log into your meeting 15 minutes prior to when your meeting starts.
