Lorsque je suis entr\u00e9 dans Al-Anon, ce livre \u00e9tait le seul livre de \u00c9tape disponible. Il est devenu et demeure une pi\u00e8ce pr\u00e9cieuse de la litt\u00e9rature approuv\u00e9e par la Conf\u00e9rence sur mon \u00e9tag\u00e8re. Il est rempli de la sagesse des \u00c9tapes et des Traditions. Mon exemplaire original de ce livre comporte des pages couvertes de passages surlign\u00e9s et soulign\u00e9s lorsque j'\u00e9tudiais les \u00c9tapes et les Traditions avec d'autres membres lors de r\u00e9unions. Mon exemplaire r\u00e9vis\u00e9, que j'apporte maintenant aux r\u00e9unions, est lui aussi surlign\u00e9. Ma phrase pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e aujourd'hui se trouve \u00e0 la page 65 - \" Plusieurs ann\u00e9es se sont \u00e9coul\u00e9es \". Lorsque je suis arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 Al-Anon, je voulais une solution rapide. Pour moi, le changement ne s'est pas fait rapidement. Il s'est produit petit \u00e0 petit en suivant les \u00c9tapes. Pour conserver ma s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9, je dois me rappeler cette citation de la page 10 : \" Je ne peux commencer ma qu\u00eate de s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 que lorsque je peux me lib\u00e9rer de mon obsession pour les autres. \" Lorsque je me concentre sur moi-m\u00eame, ma vie se d\u00e9roule sans heurts.<\/p>\n
