Quando entrei para o Al-Anon, este livro era o \u00fanico livro de Passos dispon\u00edvel. Tornou-se e ainda \u00e9 uma pe\u00e7a valiosa da Literatura Aprovada pela Confer\u00eancia na minha estante. Est\u00e1 repleto da sabedoria dos Passos e Tradi\u00e7\u00f5es. O meu exemplar original deste livro tem as p\u00e1ginas cobertas de passagens sublinhadas e destacadas quando estudei os Passos e Tradi\u00e7\u00f5es com outros membros nas reuni\u00f5es. O meu exemplar revisto, que agora levo para as reuni\u00f5es, tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 sublinhado. Minha frase favorita hoje est\u00e1 na p\u00e1gina 65 - \"V\u00e1rios anos se passaram\". Quando vim para o Al-Anon pela primeira vez, queria uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o r\u00e1pida. Para mim, a mudan\u00e7a n\u00e3o foi r\u00e1pida. Aconteceu pouco a pouco, atrav\u00e9s do trabalho com os Passos. Para manter a minha serenidade, tenho de me lembrar desta cita\u00e7\u00e3o da p\u00e1gina 10: \"S\u00f3 posso come\u00e7ar a minha busca de serenidade quando me libertar da minha obsess\u00e3o pelos outros.\" Quando me concentro em mim, a minha vida corre bem.<\/p>\n
