Calling all Group Reps. The May 10, 2025 Spring Assembly from 9 AM to 4 PM (Doors and Zoom open at 8AM) will be hybrid (Both in-person and online). Click the 2025 Spring Assembly Agenda button with online meeting links and documents. This will be updated as more information is available.

Here are a few things to know before attending the Spring Assembly. Please read carefully as some things have changed:

Registration: Please click The Spring Assembly Registration button below if you are planning to attend the Spring Assembly in-person or online. If you are a GR or Alternate GR, please have your District number ready. If you don’t know your meeting’s District, it is listed next to your meeting on the MA Website Meeting List.  Pre-registration is open now. The Assembly Committee would appreciate everyone attending in-person or online to pre-register and pay when they register. If you are attending in-person and prefer to make this contribution by cash or check when you arrive, please use Discount Code ‘INPERSON’ when you pre-register. If you cannot make this contribution for another reason, please email feedback@alanon.mystaging.online for help.

Trouble pre-registering? Please email your questions to feedback@alanon.mystaging.online or attend the Assembly Help Workshop on May 7 @ 7PM Zoom ID 892 1159 5569 Passcode 123456 . If you are attending in-person and having problems pre-registering, you can register beginning at 8 am on May 10.

Assembly Contribution: In keeping with our 7th Tradition to cover the costs of the Assembly, please pay $20 if attending online or in-person. Groups reimburse their voting GR or AltGR expenses. If you are attending in-person and prefer to make this donation by cash or check when you arrive, please use Discount Code ‘INPERSON’ when you pre-register. If you are unable to make this contribution, please email feedback@alanon.mystaging.online for help.

Renaming yourself online:  Please follow this Online Naming Convention. If you are a voting GR, please make sure you have an * before your Zoom name to be counted in the vote. AltGR should place an * before their name only if the GR is not voting. As part of your naming on Zoom for the assembly, please use two digits for your district # (e.g., 03, 09, 12, 23…). If you think you might have problems renaming yourself or joining via Zoom, please contact feedback@alanon.mystaging.online or attend the Assembly Help Workshop on May 7 @ 7PM.

Dial-in attendees not using Zoom are welcome to listen but will not be able to vote.
