GROUP REPRESENTATIVE (GR) REGISTRATION FORM 2024-2027

The Area Group Records Coordinator is responsible for receiving and maintaining the list of GRs. Please email this completed form to the AGRC as soon as your group has elected your new trusted servant or if the current GR is staying on.

Over the summer and fall of 2024, it’s time for Al-Anon groups in Mass elect new GRs.

1. Groups elect new GRs by September 1, 2024. The typical term is 3 years along with each Panel of officers. Sept 1, 2024, to Sept 1, 2027

2. GRs elect new DRs in Sept or Oct (before the Fall Election Assembly) Jan 1, 2025, to Dec 31, 2027

3. GRs attend the Fall Election Assembly (Oct 26, 2024) to vote in the New Area Officers from the incoming and outgoing DRs and other eligible trusted servants.
