How to Renew Shared Virtual Account by Dec 1

As a friendly reminder, the renewal date for the Shared Virtual Account (currently on Zoom) is December 1st, regardless of when you first took part in the virtual account program. The fee to be part of the Shared Virtual Account for another year is now $29*. You Must complete the Shared Virtual Account request form for new & renewed accounts. Please note any change in GR or CMA on this form in the comments space at the bottom.

If you are not sure if your group is part of this shared account, please do the following: when you are in your group meeting on Zoom on a computer, click the shield in the upper left corner. If the Host is AFGofMA, you are part of this account and need to renew.

This is how you can renew by paying $29* if you are currently part of the Shared Virtual account:

  • Renew via credit card or PayPal: go to the MA Al-Anon/Alateen Website Group Contribution page https://alanon.mystaging.online/group-contribution/. Type “Zoom” and your group’s number, day, start time, and town. E.g. “Zoom 12345678 First Things First AFG Monday Cuttyhunk”. Submit a payment of $29. You should receive a transaction confirmation number, you will need that in the form below.
  • Renew by check: send a check to

    Please write “Zoom” and your group’s number, day, start time, and town on the check memo line. E.g. “Zoom 12345678 First Things First AFG Monday Cuttyhunk”. If it all can’t fit on the memo line just try and include as much as you can.
